Practica with Carlos & Rosa Perez
You’ve seen them dance at our festival Grand Milonga – now come learn with them at our Guided Practica on Tuesday.
Carlos & Rosa first danced together in the 1950s. More than half a century later, they are still at it. Don’t miss this opportunity to come and learn from one of tango’s great couples.

Pre-Festival Weekend – DJ & Music Workshop + Pre-Launch Party
HKTF Pre-Fest Weekend is happening on Saturday and Sunday, 5-6 November.
Its daytime highlight is a DJ workshop led by star Seoul DJ Carlos Lee – 8.5 hours of workshop spread over the two days. Perfect for existing DJs, aspiring DJs and those who want to know more about tango music. For full details and to get a booking form, click HERE.
The Pre-Launch Party will happen on Sat, 5 November, from 6.3-9pm at Culture Club, 15 Elgin Street – with drinks, Argentine-style snacks, and live music.
Entrance: FREE – but please buy drinks to support our host.
Dancing will start at 9pm and carry on till late with Culture Club’s Red Tango night.
Festival pass collection
Festival passes for all those who have registered will be available for collection at Culture Club from 2-4pm on both Saturday and Sunday, 5-6 November.
They can also be collected at the Festival Opening, 8pm-1am, Tuesday, 8 November @ The Helena May, or at the first event you have registered for in the festival.
